Mojo's Week in Review!

Yeah, Mojo's so busy it'll be a great use of her time reflecting on stuff she's already done. And yet I feel sadly compelled to note the passing of Jennifer Jones. Just a few years ago I went through a particular old movie phase, and the name Jennifer Jones came up again and again (as did such other luminaries like Van Johnson and Joseph Cotten). I particularly remember her in the deliciously bad Duel in the Sun, where she gets to drink out of a muddy pit next to her horse. I have yet to see her Academy Award-winning turn in The Song of Bernadette. So I've really only seen her play crazy silly ladies, like DitS and Madame Bovary (France's version of Anna Karenina).

And, in an even GREATER waste of time, if you haven't been following Mary Worth for the past week, you've missed out on a whole WEEK of some schlub on FaceBook finding out he apparently has an illegitimate child (now grown) due to a crazy hippie-esque affair he had with someone (now deceased) named Abby. (The whole thing might be yet another Evil Computer Fraud plotline, since it's already be suggested by Schlub's tech-savvy daughter that the whole thing might be a hoax.) Which leads him to reminisce about his Long Lost Love Abby. Who looks suspiciously like MARY WORTH HERSELF dressed up like a Flower Child:

Yes, it's the simple things in life that bring Mojo joy. Like laughing at Mary Worth. Can't wait to see how this will tie in to their Christmas day strip....
